Field marketing is about understanding the needs of farmers and building awareness about products through different field Activities. Working closely with Head - Field Marketing, the Zonal Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and execution of different field marketing projects. The Zonal Marketing Manager will effectively contribute towards all field promotional activities and product demonstrations in addition to working cohesively with cross-functional teams on day-to-day marketing activities.
Key Individual Accountabilities
- Support to implement marketing plans for new product and key existing products
- Monitoring the productivity of the marketing plans
- To support and guide the zones and regions in developing customized marketing strategies
- Planning & execution of cost-effective high impact marketing campaigns & field activities
- Supervision & evaluation of field marketing campaigns & activities on fortnight bases
- Monitoring & evaluation of Sales Promotional budget on monthly bases
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, farmer exhibitions and trade shows
- Strengthen Field Assistants engagement and cultivate culture of high performance
- Analysis of Field Assistant productivity
- Product and Crop Trainings to regional teams
- Supervision & analysis of Product Demonstration
Technical Knowledge
- Sound Knowledge of agriculture, crop protection, crop nutrients, chemistries and competition landscape
- Sound knowledge of crop Agronomy
- Knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the Crop Protection business
- Product position, performance knowledge
