Marketing Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and brand presence for THERAPY and its sub-brands.
This role is for someone who understands hospitality culture, social media, branding, collaborations, events, and community-building. You’ll be involved in everything from campaign ideation and content planning to on-ground execution and brand partnerships.
We’re not looking for a traditional corporate marketer, we want someone culturally aware, trend-sensitive, highly proactive, and capable of building exciting brand moments online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Marketing
- Build and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans
- Develop brand positioning and campaign ideas across all touch-points
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, aesthetics, and customer experience
- Help evolve the overall identity and direction of the brand
- Create marketing strategies for launches, seasonal menus, events, and new concepts
- Track competitor activity and hospitality trends regularly
Social Media & Content
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Handle social media for the main brand and sub-brands
- Oversee Instagram, reels, trend-based content, and campaign execution
- Coordinate shoots with photographers, videographers, creators & influencers
- Write or supervise captions, campaign copy & communication
- Stay updated with internet culture, memes, trending audios & formats
- Ensure content output is consistent, fast-moving, and culturally relevant
Creative & Design
- Design and supervise:
- Tent cards
- Menus
- Packaging
- Merch
- Event creatives
- Signage
- In-outlet branding
- Promotional material
- Digital creatives
- Work comfortably on Canva and guide junior designers/interns when required
- Maintain a strong visual identity across all brand assets
Collaborations, Influencers & PR
- Build relationships with brands, creators & communities
- Execute collaboration campaigns with alcohol brands, fashion/lifestyle brands, and creators
- Coordinate influencer outreach and partnerships
- Assist with PR, guest lists, media interactions & coverage opportunities
- Build local community engagement and brand recall
Events & Activations
- Plan and execute:
- Live events
- Launches
- Theme nights
- Pop-ups
- Brand activations
- Coordinate on-ground execution during events
- Capture and manage vox pops/customer interactions
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth event execution
- Ideate experiences that drive footfall and social sharing
Reputation & Community Management
- Respond to Google reviews and customer feedback professionally and promptly
- Monitor brand sentiment across platforms
- Engage with customers through comments, DMs, tags & reposts
- Help build a loyal online and offline community around the brand
- Identify recurring customer feedback and communicate insights internally
Team Management & Leadership
- Build and manage a small team of interns under you
- Delegate tasks effectively and maintain workflow systems
- Guide the team on content creation, trend research, posting & coordination
- Manage external vendors, agencies & creative partners
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently
Performance & Growth
- Track content and campaign performance
- Generate reports and insights for growth opportunities
- Understand audience behavior and optimize marketing accordingly
- Work on customer retention, community engagement & repeat footfall
- Contribute ideas for revenue-driving campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- 4-5 years experience in marketing, branding, or social media
- Hospitality/nightlife/F&B/lifestyle industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content culture
- Strong aesthetic sense and branding understanding
- Comfortable with Canva and creative execution
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with flexible hospitality timings
- Self-driven, proactive and execution-oriented
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked with restaurants, bars, cafés or nightlife brands
- Have experience handling multiple brands/sub-brands
- Understand influencer marketing deeply
- Have PR or media relations experience
- Can creatively direct shoots
- Understand community-building and experiential marketing
- Have basic photography/video editing knowledge
- Are highly organized and good at managing people
