We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale marketing strategies, leading teams, and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive online revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring high performance and quality delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Development teams for integrated execution.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across major digital platforms.
- Design and scale ROI-focused lead generation strategies to support business growth.
- Manage large monthly advertising budgets, improving CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct performance analysis, and implement data-driven optimizations.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead enterprise-level SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content marketing, and authority-building.
- Hands-on understanding of GEO, AEO, and AI-driven search to strengthen brand presence across LLMs.
- Drive sustainable growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
Social Media & PR
- Define and execute scalable social media strategies aligned with brand positioning.
- Strengthen digital brand authority and thought leadership across platforms.
- Lead digital PR initiatives to enhance online reputation and audience engagement.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, AI-driven marketing innovations, and emerging digital tools.
- Continuously identify opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing (mandatory).
- Experience in the legal industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and social media strategy.
- Ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
