Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who understands the nuances of luxury retail and premium consumer behaviour and can lead a balanced mix of offline brand building and digital growth initiatives. This role will drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and high-impact campaigns while ensuring that every interaction reflects the sophistication and exclusivity of The House of Things.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning and growth goals.
• Strengthen brand equity across all consumer touchpoints—retail, digital, partnerships, and media.
• Maintain a consistent and elevated brand voice across campaigns, storytelling, and communications.
2. Digital Marketing & Growth
• Lead digital marketing across paid media, social platforms, CRM, and SEO to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Oversee content strategy including storytelling, product narratives, and editorial marketing. • Manage influencer collaborations, luxury content creators, and brand partnerships. • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
3. Offline Marketing & Brand Experiences
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact brand activations such as exhibitions, design showcases, and private client events.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and luxury communities to build brand presence.
• Manage PR initiatives, media placements, and relationships with luxury publications.
• Elevate in-store experiences through curated campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
4. Campaign Management & Analytics
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across online and offline channels. • Analyse marketing performance, customer insights, and campaign results to drive strategic improvements.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels.
5. Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
• Work closely with design, merchandising, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Manage external agencies, creative partners, and vendors to ensure best-in-class execution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Brand awareness and share of voice in the luxury design space
• Customer acquisition and growth of high-value clientele
• Campaign ROI and marketing efficiency
• Digital traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics • Success of brand activations, collaborations, and events
Qualifications & Experience
• 6–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail, premium lifestyle, interiors, or design brands.
• Proven experience managing both digital marketing and experiential/offline marketing.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer journeys and premium brand storytelling.
• Experience working with agencies, PR, and influencer networks.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Passion for design, art, architecture, and luxury experiences.
