Job Title: Sr. Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Marketing Head
Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive influencer marketing, community engagement, on-ground activations, and social media operations. This role requires someone who can execute campaigns end-to-end, manage cross-functional coordination, and bring strong ownership across digital and offline brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Marketing
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers across health, fitness, lifestyle, and food categories
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations: outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approvals, and execution
- Track and evaluate campaign performance (reach, engagement, cost metrics)
- Share structured monthly performance reports with key insights
2. Community Building & Engagement
- Drive growth and engagement across brand communities (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, offline touchpoints)
- Plan and execute interactive campaigns, challenges, and giveaways
- Track engagement metrics and identify ways to improve retention and participation
3. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across platforms
- Coordinate with customer service and brand teams for timely, brand-aligned responses
- Track sentiment trends and flag critical issues proactively
4. Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Ensure timely publishing as per the content calendar
- Coordinate with design and content teams for approvals, copy checks, and scheduling
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with content, design, and performance teams for campaign execution
- Maintain trackers for influencer activities, campaigns, and budgets
- Present monthly summaries across influencer, community, and activation performance
- Share weekly ORM reports with key insights and trends
Key Skills & Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or influencer marketing
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital metrics
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical skills
- Interest in health, food, and lifestyle categories is a plus
