Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Marketing Ownership
● Plan and execute marketing strategies across all key channels
● Own the monthly marketing calendar and campaign roadmap
● Drive consistency in brand voice, tonality, and storytelling
Performance Marketing
● Manage and optimize paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.)
● Track and improve ROAS, CAC, and overall funnel efficiency
● Collaborate with agencies and lead the in-house marketing team
Top-of-Funnel Awareness
● Build and scale awareness campaigns across digital and offline channels
● Drive reach, discovery, and brand recall
Social Media
● Oversee content planning and execution across platforms
● Build a strong, distinctive, and ownable brand voice
● Drive engagement, reach, and community growth
Influencer Marketing
● Identify, onboard, and manage influencer collaborations
● Build long-term creator relationships
● Track effectiveness and ROI of campaigns
Retention & CRM
● Own email, WhatsApp, and retention journeys
● Improve repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value (LTV)
● Build lifecycle campaigns and automation
Customer Experience & NPS
● Track and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
● Work closely with operations and customer support teams to close feedback loops
● Translate customer insights into actionable marketing and product improvements
Events & Activations
● Plan and execute offline events, pop-ups, and brand experiences
● Drive high-impact brand interactions and recall
Launch Planning
● Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
● Coordinate across content, performance, influencer, and retention channels
New Channels & Growth
● Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels
● Stay ahead of trends, platforms, and consumer behavior shifts
Experience & Skills Required
● 5-6 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on D2C brands.
● Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing functions.
● Strong understanding of performance marketing, brand building, and customer lifecycle management.
● Hands-on experience across social media, influencer marketing, and retention channels.
● Experience in managing agencies and/or in-house teams
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Excellent communication and project management skills.
