Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end marketing activities, including campaign strategy, development, and performance measurement. Responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing initiatives, managing content creation and digital campaigns, supervising social media strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and fostering brand awareness to drive business growth. The role also involves analyzing market trends, working with clients and internal stakeholders, and presenting data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Marketing and Campaign Management: Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing their success.
- Digital and Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, social media trends, and online brand promotion.
- Content and Creative Development: Skills in content creation, storytelling, and creative ideation for innovative marketing materials and campaigns.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and prepare actionable insights and performance reports.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Organizational and Leadership Skills: Strong project management abilities with a focus on detail-oriented execution and team leadership.
- Client Relationship Management: Capability to interact with clients professionally and understand their needs to develop tailored marketing solutions.
- Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; prior experience as a marketing manager or similar role is preferred.
