Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Trivandrum. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, planning and implementing campaigns, managing social media presence, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various departments to promote brand awareness and drive sales. The Marketing Manager will also oversee promotional events, manage vendor relationships, budget marketing activities, and ensure alignment with the store's vision and goals.

Qualifications
- Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Analysis skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Creation
- Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Business Strategies
- Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
- Experience in retail or lifestyle industry marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
