- Create customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
- Plan and monitor paid advertisements through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate content creation including reels, videos, product shoots, and promotional creatives.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, and online lead generation activities.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
Retail & Showroom Promotions
- Plan in-store branding and promotional activities to improve customer engagement.
- Coordinate events, exhibitions, and local marketing activities.
- Work closely with showroom managers and sales teams to support sales campaigns.
- Develop strategies to increase showroom walk-ins and conversion rates.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, printing vendors, influencers, photographers, and media partners.
- Negotiate marketing budgets and vendor contracts effectively.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage annual and monthly marketing budgets.
- Track marketing expenses and ROI of campaigns.
- Optimize spending for maximum business impact.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise marketing executives, designers, and digital marketing staff.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular meetings and campaign reviews.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
