Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing and lead generation for fire-rated door solutions in a B2B, project-driven environment. This role requires a deep understanding of how fire-rated products are specified, approved, and sold across construction and industrial projects.
The candidate will work closely with sales teams, consultants, architects, and contractors to build a strong pipeline, enhance brand positioning, and support revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies focused on fire-rated doors
- Generate qualified leads through consultants, builders, architects, and project channels
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction and fire safety segments
- Drive product positioning and brand visibility in competitive project markets
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns aligned with industry standards
Role Expectations
