Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition, manage campaigns offline, and oversee market research to identify new opportunities. The role entails building strong relationships with Channel Partners & Business Development Officers, analysing project performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will guide a team towards achieving strategic marketing goals while upholding the company’s core values and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Marketing strategy development, campaign management, and market analysis skills
- Proficiency in Offline marketing, strategy, and Immplementing
- Experience in team leadership and stakeholder collaboration
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and local markets
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in tools like CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools is an advantage
Salary : - 30K to 50K PM + Incentives
