Solino Home is seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth across digital and D2C channels. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of marketing experience in a D2C environment, strong expertise in digital-first brand building, and a passion for home decor, design, and premium lifestyle brands.
This role will drive brand strategy, campaign execution, consumer insights, and performance analytics while collaborating closely with product, design, and e-commerce teams to scale Solino Home’s presence in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Lead the development and execution of annual brand and marketing strategies aligned with Solino Home’s D2C growth objectives.
- Strengthen the brand’s positioning as a premium design-led home furnishings brand focused on quality, craftsmanship, and lifestyle inspiration.
- Identify consumer insights, design trends, and home décor market opportunities to guide marketing initiatives.
- Drive brand consistency across digital touchpoints, marketplaces, and social platforms.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Leadership
- Plan and execute digital-first marketing campaigns across performance marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and content channels.
- Manage relationships with creative, digital, and media agencies to produce high-impact campaigns aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Optimize campaigns using performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Lead initiatives to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Product Marketing & Customer Experience
- Partner with product, design, and sourcing teams to support new product development and launches.
- Drive product storytelling, merchandising strategies, and lifestyle-led brand communication.
- Enhance the online shopping experience through compelling product content, imagery, and brand narratives.
Analytics & Business Performance
- Monitor brand and product performance across the website, marketplaces, and social platforms.
- Analyze customer behaviour, conversion funnels, and repeat purchase patterns to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and report marketing performance, campaign ROI, and brand health metrics.
- Monitor the competitive landscape within D2C and home furnishings categories.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce, design, supply chain, and customer experience teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Lead influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and digital collaborations to expand brand reach.
- Coordinate with international teams to support global marketing initiatives and market expansion.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM (Mandatory)
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in D2C or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies
- Experience in consumer insights, market research, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in home décor, home textiles, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
- Exposure to international markets (especially US marketing) is a plus
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for brand building
