Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand discovery for Sniff. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with data, understands performance marketing deeply, and enjoys experimenting to find scalable growth channels.
You will own the growth engine across paid marketing, funnels, website optimization, and retention initiatives, helping us build a fast-growing D2C pet brand.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute Sniff’s overall customer acquisition and growth strategy
- Identify high-impact channels to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Run rapid experiments across marketing channels to identify scalable opportunities
Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital platforms
- Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Optimize website funnels to improve conversion rates and average order value
- Work with the design/content team to improve landing pages and product storytelling
- Track user behavior and identify friction points
Analytics & Insights
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools and dashboards
- Track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and ROAS
- Turn data into actionable insights to improve performance
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and optimize email, WhatsApp and CRM flows
- Improve customer retention, repeat purchase rate, and LTV
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the founders, content team, and operations team
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or D2C marketing
- Strong experience managing paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and attribution tools
- Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
