Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager, based in Delhi, India, with opportunities to work from home on select days. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing strategy, oversee campaign execution, and manage brand communication. You will be responsible for identifying target audiences, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and branding principles.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Brand Management
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertising, and SEO/SEM strategies
- Strong Data Analysis, Market Research, and Competitor Analysis skills
- Proficiency in Content Development and Creative Direction
- Leadership and Team Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Background in the FMCG or snack food industry is a plus
