Responsibilities
∙ Lead and grow a multi-functional marketing team spanning digital, creative, and production
∙ Own performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other paid channels
∙ Drive lead generation and pipeline growth in close coordination with admissions and sales teams
∙ Build and strengthen organic content strategy across social channels
∙ Oversee brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
∙ Manage campaign calendars and creative pipelines end-to-end
∙ Coordinate with academics, placement, and operations teams to align marketing with course launches and business goals
∙ Track market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to continuously sharpen strategy
∙ Own periodic marketing review — data, insights, and decisions
Requirements
∙ 4–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
∙ Strong sense in performance marketing
∙ Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and marketing analytics tools
∙ Experience in brand management, content strategy, and CRM
∙ Calm under pressure, decisive, and delivery-focused
∙ Prior experience in EdTech or training industries is a strong advantage
