Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid (on-site/WFH) role based in Goa. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the Group’s brand positioning, business growth, and customer relationships in domestic and international markets.
Planning & Implementing Campaigns
Managing Digital & Offline Marketing Channels
Co-ordinating with Sales
Analysing Market Trends
Content Creation for Deck & Online Platforms
Brand Messaging & Customer Engagement
Qualifications
- Strong planning skills
- Exposure to B2B & B2C forms of marketing
- Experience with designing, digital marketing and GEO/SEO/analytics tools.
- Ability to create and manage marketing materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No formal qualification required.
- No prior experience required
- Strong awareness for attention to detail.
