🚨 We’re Hiring: Offline Marketing Executive – Events & Activations | Siacera
At Siacera, we’re building a dermatologist-trusted skincare brand—already being recommended in clinics.
Now, we want to take this to the next level by creating strong on-ground visibility.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “market”—but can create presence, recall, and conversations in the real world.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning and executing offline marketing initiatives, events, and clinic activations to make Siacera visible and credible
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & execute dermatology-focused events (clinic activations, skin camps, awareness drives)
- Coordinate with clinics for in-clinic branding & patient engagement activities
- Organise meetups / small networking events
- Manage sampling campaigns & trial generation
- Execute college / society / community skin awareness events
- Work with designers/vendors for standees, brochures, kits, event setup
- Create buzz-driven ideas (not just standard pharma-style visits)
- Track impact: leads, conversions, repeat visits, doctor engagement
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years’ experience in events / activations / healthcare marketing / pharma marketing
- Someone who is street-smart, execution-focused, and resourceful
- Strong coordination & vendor management skills
- Comfortable with field work and travel
- Bonus: Experience in dermatology, healthcare events, or D2C brand activations
