Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Jaipur. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Santech's healthcare IT products and services. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics to inform strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing with company goals. Additionally, this role involves managing social media platforms, handling external communications, and building relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive expertise in developing and executing Marketing Strategies and Campaign Planning.
- Strong abilities in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation.
- Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Performance Measurement.
- Exceptional written and verbal Communication and Presentation skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Project Management skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in healthcare IT or technology solutions is highly desirable.
