Job SummarySafari Kid is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Manager to support our enrollment growth and community outreach efforts. This is a remote position ideal for someone with strong communication, digital marketing, and lead generation skills.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media platforms, building marketing databases, conducting outreach campaigns, creating marketing materials, and supporting overall brand visibility for our Downtown Hayward location.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
- Build and maintain prospective parent and community contact databases
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
- Design newsletters, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and follow-up communications
- Coordinate online promotions, events, and enrollment campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance and provide regular activity reports
- Support website content updates and online reputation management
- Research local marketing opportunities and partnership channels
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and basic email marketing tools
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach activities
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in education, childcare, or preschool marketing is a plus
