We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing for skilling initiatives for our client.
You will own the full marketing funnel — from brand awareness and community trust to lead generation, enrolment, and learner engagement — while building marketing systems that scale inclusive education across India.
This role combines strategy, performance marketing, brand building, partnerships, and team/vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth· Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy aligned with enrolment and impact goals
· Define target segments (PWD learners, parents, NGOs, institutions, employers)
· Build scalable acquisition funnels and growth experiments
· Plan quarterly campaigns and GTM strategies for new courses
Brand & Positioning· Strengthen Atypical Academy positioning under Atypical Advantage
· Ensure consistent inclusive and accessibility-first brand voice
· Communicate learner success, outcomes, and impact stories
· Build authority in inclusive education and skilling
Performance & Digital Marketing· Lead Meta, Google, and YouTube ad strategy and optimization
· Manage budgets, CAC, CPL, and conversion funnels
· Scale high-performing campaigns and channels
· Improve landing pages and conversion journeys
Content & SEO· Own content strategy across website, blogs, and social
· Drive SEO growth for disability education and courses
· Plan storytelling: learner journeys, outcomes, accessibility education
· Oversee video, reels, and educational content pipeline
Social Media & Community· Lead LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook growth
· Build trust-driven community marketing for PWD audiences
· Engage NGOs, institutions, and advocacy groups
· Manage campaigns, launches, and awareness initiatives
CRM & Lead Lifecycle· Own HubSpot CRM strategy and automation workflows
· Optimize lead nurturing, follow-ups, and conversion stages
· Align marketing with counselling/admissions teams
· Improve enrolment conversion rates
Partnerships & Outreach· Build partnerships with disability organizations, schools, and NGOs
· Collaborate with institutions, employers, and accessibility networks
· Develop referral and community programs
· Support B2B skilling partnerships
Analytics & Reporting· Define KPIs across funnel: reach → leads → enrolments → retention
· Build dashboards and performance reporting
· Track ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and channel performance to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize growth. Generate insights and optimization plans
Team & Vendor Management· Manage agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors
· Coordinate designers, content creators, and ad specialists
· Build and scale internal marketing processes
Required Skills & Experience· 4–8 years in digital marketing / growth / brand marketing
· Proven experience in lead generation and funnel optimization
· Hands-on expertise in Meta & Google Ads
· Strong understanding of SEO, content, and conversion strategy
· Experience managing CRM (HubSpot or similar)
· Data-driven decision making and analytics skills
· Campaign planning and execution ownership
· Ability to manage multiple channels and priorities
Additional Preferred Skills· EdTech, skilling, or education marketing experience
· Experience with mission-driven or social impact organizations
· Understanding of accessibility or disability inclusion space
· Marketing automation and lifecycle marketing expertise
· Landing page and CRO optimization
· Video/content marketing strategy
· AI tools for marketing productivity and personalization
· Basic design/content briefing capability
