Role Overview
Looking for a Marketing Manager – Retreats to drive digital performance + luxury brand marketing for retreat properties.
You’ll own end-to-end marketing — from awareness to bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM)
- Drive lead generation, ROI, CPL, ROAS optimization
- Manage social media, content & influencer campaigns
- Execute seasonal & experiential retreat campaigns
- Build OTA & partnership ecosystem (luxury travel platforms)
- Collaborate with sales, operations & leadership teams
Key KPIs
- Lead Generation & Bookings
- CPL Reduction & ROAS (4x–10x+)
- Social Media Growth & Engagement
- Campaign ROI & Conversions
Requirements
✔ 5–10 yrs in Luxury Hospitality / Resort / Wellness Marketing
✔ Strong hands-on in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM tools
✔ Experience in performance + brand marketing
✔ Exposure to HNI / luxury audience marketing
✔ Agency/vendor management experience
⭐ Preferred: Experience with 5-star hotels / retreats / wellness brands
