Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Wadala. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's transformers and related products. Key responsibilities include market research, campaign development, branding, customer engagement, and maximizing product visibility. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and align marketing goals with company strategies. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand Management
- Expertise in Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
- Proficiency in Customer Engagement and Campaign Management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the transformer or electrical manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
