Rakhecha Finserv is a boutique wealth management firm based in Camac Street, Kolkata, specializing in personalized financial advisory services for HNI and NRI clientele. We are looking for a creative, articulate, and confident professional to lead our digital brand presence while also supporting key client-facing operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Communication
On-Camera Content Creation: Script, present, and deliver professional video content
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn and Instagram
Content Production: Oversee end-to-end content creation, including ideation, scripting, and basic video editing / reel production.
Operations & Client Coordination
Client Servicing: Communicate professionally with clients for routine back-office coordination.
Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day operational workflows.
Candidate Criteria
Education: B.Com / BBA / BMS (Pursuing or Completed)
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or brand communication (preferred)
Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi, with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Presentation Skills: Highly confident and camera-friendly personality with strong on-screen presence
Preferred Expertise: Academic specialization or hands-on experience in marketing, digital media, or brand communication
