Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement overall marketing and pre-sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive brand visibility, positioning, and awareness across all platforms and locations.
- Ensure branch-level execution of marketing and sales initiatives in line with company vision.
- Supervise and guide the Marketing Manager, Pre-Sales Head, and respective teams to achieve performance targets.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Oversee end-to-end lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
- Define and monitor lead-to-join conversion ratios, ensuring consistent improvement through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to strengthen on-ground conversion strategies.
3. Campaign & Brand Management
- Plan and execute pan-India marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with creative and digital teams for consistent brand representation across platforms.
- Monitor performance of paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) ensuring ROI-driven outcomes.
4. Team Management & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing and pre-sales teams for productivity and efficiency.
- Encourage cross-department collaboration between operations, digital, and design teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Conduct regular reviews, goal setting, and performance tracking for the marketing and pre-sales departments.
5. Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and share monthly business performance reports, including lead metrics, conversion data, and campaign analytics.
- Recommend new tools, platforms, or strategies to enhance marketing efficiency.
6. Budgeting & ROI Optimization
- Prepare and manage marketing and pre-sales budgets for all branches and campaigns.
- Track ROI and ROAS for marketing spends and ensure cost-effective outcomes.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing, pre-sales, or business development, preferably in the fitness, retail, or service industry.
- Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, sales growth, and brand visibility.
