We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager
A Marketing Manager in the Exhibition and Convention industry drives attendance, exhibitor sales, and brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns. They develop strategic promotional plans, manage event budgets, and utilize digital/social media to meet ROI goals. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, producing content, and overseeing on-site marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
• Develop and execute strategies to generate high-converting leads through digital channels including Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage lead nurturing workflows to maximise pipeline quality and velocity.
Team Leadership
• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve campaign goals.
Paid Advertising
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) and Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and sales.
• Own campaign budgets, bid strategies, and audience segmentation to maximise ROI.
Event Promotion
• Develop innovative marketing campaigns to increase event awareness and audience engagement.
• Apply knowledge of the event industry, key sectors, and target ICP to tailor messaging and channel strategy.
SEO & Content Strategy
• Design and implement SEO strategies and content-driven marketing initiatives to improve organic visibility.
• Collaborate on content calendars aligned to campaign goals and audience needs.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular reports using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and ad platform reporting tools.
Brand Awareness
• Develop strategies to position the brand effectively within the target market and build sustained brand equity.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-6+ years of marketing experience. B2B, B2G or event marketing experience will be given preference.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Tools: Proficiency in event marketing platforms, CRMs (e.g., Frappe CRM), and automation tools.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, project management, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the event industry, relevant sectors, and target Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Travel: Willingness to travel to support events
CTC:
- 6 – 9 Years: Rs. 7.4 Lakhs – Rs. 8.2 Lakhs per year (Negotiable)
