The Role

Owlyn is hiring a dedicated Marketing Manager to help define and scale how we show up in the market. This is a rare opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up with a founder team that is deeply invested in category creation, content quality, and brand credibility.

You will assist with the full marketing surface: content, demand generation, brand, events, and partner co-marketing. You will work closely with our Co-Founders and sales team to translate our “Sales Amplification” category into narratives that resonate with VP- and C-level commercial leaders at CROs, CDMOs, and biopharma companies.

What You’ll Do

•      Own and execute Owlyn’s content strategy across LinkedIn, email, blog, and industry channels producing thought leadership that positions Owlyn as the definitive voice in life sciences commercial intelligence

•      Build and manage demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for the field sales team, including outbound sequences, and nurture programs

•      Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to our key personas (CRO Business Development, CDMO Sales, Biopharma Commercial Operations) and buying stages

•      Partner with the Co-Founders to craft category-defining narratives around Sales Amplification, the signal-to-action gap, and the limitations of generic data and intent platforms

•      Drive conference and event strategy identifying, prioritizing, and executing at East Coast partnering events, Bio-IT World, BIO International, and other high-signal venues

•      Manage co-marketing and partner marketing initiatives with integration partners and channel allies

•      Oversee brand consistency across all external touchpoints: website, decks, one-pagers, case studies, and social

•      Track and report on marketing-influenced pipeline, content performance, and campaign ROI using data to continuously improve the mix

•      Recruit and manage contractors, interns, or agencies as the function grows



What You’ll Bring

•      5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a life sciences technology environment

•      Proven ability to create high-quality written content blog posts, white papers, LinkedIn thought leadership that resonates with senior commercial stakeholders

•      Experience building or scaling a marketing function at a startup or early-stage company; comfortable being a generalist who can go deep when needed

•      Strong understanding of the life sciences commercial landscape: how CROs and CDMOs sell, how biopharma evaluates vendors, and what actually moves senior buyers

•      Hands-on experience with marketing automation, email platforms, and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)

•      Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and organic content strategy; familiarity with SEO principles

•      Sharp editorial judgment you raise the quality bar on every piece of content and can distinguish signal from noise

•      Data-driven mindset: you set clear goals, measure what matters, and iterate based on results

•      Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to write in multiple voices and adapt tone for different audiences

•      BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field



Nice to Have

•      Experience marketing to CRO, CDMO, or biopharma commercial teams specifically

•      Familiarity with sales intelligence, intent data, or revenue enablement categories

•      Experience with: Citeline, GlobalData, Bombora, 6sense, ZoomInfo

•      Graphic design or visual communication skills (Canva, Figma, or equivalent)

•      Experience building or contributing to a category design or positioning initiative



Location

India. We are a remote-first team. You will collaborate closely with leadership across US and India time zones.
