NR Consulting is hiring a Growth Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager to lead brand visibility, digital campaigns, social media growth, and market positioning across our business lines. This role is ideal for someone who can combine creativity, strategy, content, analytics, and modern marketing tools to build a stronger brand presence.
The person will work closely with leadership, sales, recruitment, and business teams to create campaigns that support client acquisition, talent attraction, employer branding, and overall market growth.
Key Duties
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, and digital platforms.
- Build NR Consulting’s brand visibility across North America and India markets.
- Create content strategies for clients, candidates, employees, and business stakeholders.
- Manage social media calendars, campaign messaging, and brand communication.
- Support sales teams with presentations, case studies, capability decks, and outreach content.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, lead generation, and brand growth metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote company culture, achievements, hiring updates, and business success stories.
- Use AI and marketing automation tools to improve content quality, campaign speed, and audience targeting.
