Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing strategies for real estate projects, with a strong focus on brand building, lead generation and campaign efficiency. The role requires cross-functional coordination, data-driven decision-making and consistent optimization of marketing performance across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for project launches
- Define target audience personas and media mix aligned to business goals
Campaign Execution
- Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and on-ground channels
- Oversee marketing collaterals, social media and launch readiness
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance across funnel stages
- Share actionable weekly/monthly reports with stakeholders
Budget & ROI Management
- Plan and manage budgets across channels
- Optimize spends to maximize efficiency and ROI
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Drive reviews and maintain clear documentation (MOMs)
Brand & Communication
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touch points
- Lead content strategy across digital, print and experiential platforms
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to RERA, TRAI and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accuracy and quality across all communications
Innovation & Market Intelligence
- Track trends, competitor activity and emerging platforms
- Drive experimentation and continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing (real estate preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, ATL/BTL and lead generation ecosystems
- Experience in campaign planning, execution and performance analysis
- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Education – Bachelors in business administration, finance or relevant field; MBA (Preferred) in Marketing / Business / Related field
