Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity in campaign strategy, and the ability to continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Execute and optimize different campaign formats including Search Ads, Video Ads, and Display campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and implement optimization strategies to improve results.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation across campaigns.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives and video ads.
- Track campaign performance through analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify new growth opportunities, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and business goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Search Ads, Video Ads, and paid campaign optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
