Job description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Dealership Promotion
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to promote the dealership and vehicles (new launches, festivals, offers).
Maintain brand guidelines as per OEM standards (e.g., showroom branding, creatives, communication).
Coordinate with the OEM’s regional marketing team for co-branded campaigns.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Support
Generate quality sales leads through digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground activities.
Support the sales team with schemes, creatives, walk-in campaigns, and event promotions.
Monitor lead quality, conversion ratio, and cost per lead.
3. Digital Marketing Management
Manage dealership website, landing pages, and online inquiries.
Oversee social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google My Business).
Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for test drives and inquiries.
Track and improve online reputation (reviews & ratings).
4*. Local Area Marketing (LAM)*
Plan local activations: roadshows, mall displays, corporate visits, housing society campaigns.
Organize test-drive camps and product demos.
Build partnerships with corporates, banks, and local influencers.
5. Event & Launch Management
Plan vehicle launches, festive events, exchange melas, service camps.
Coordinate vendors (event agencies, printers, digital agencies).
Ensure footfall generation and post-event lead follow-up.
6. CRM & Data Analysis
Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Work closely with CRM team to improve lead nurturing and customer engagement.
Generate MIS reports: leads, conversions, campaign performance.
7. Vendor & Agency Coordination
Manage creative agencies, printers, digital marketers, media vendors.
Negotiate rates and ensure timely execution.
Ensure compliance with OEM and dealership policies.
8. Compliance & OEM Reporting
Ensure all marketing activities follow OEM brand and legal guidelines.
Submit regular marketing reports, campaign plans, and utilization statements to OEM.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Brand Management
- Experience in Market Research, Campaign Analysis, and Customer Insights
- Competence in Communication, Team Collaboration, and Project Management
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, software, and platforms
- Demonstrated ability to handle multitasking and meet deadlines effectively
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
