We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute social media content, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Generate quality leads and increase showroom footfall through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Organize brand events, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to achieve business growth objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in men's retail, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
