Matrika Fertility & Laparoscopic Center is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our referral network and promote our fertility and women’s healthcare services.
Experience- 1–3 years in healthcare, hospital, or fertility marketing.
- Experience in doctor referral marketing is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Develop referral networks with gynecologists, physicians, scan centers, and hospitals.
- Promote fertility, IVF, laparoscopy, and women’s wellness services.
- Conduct doctor visits and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Organize awareness camps, health talks, and promotional activities.
- Generate patient leads and support conversion efforts.
- Submit daily activity reports and achieve monthly business targets.
Requirements- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing.
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building and sales skills.
