Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall marketing strategy with a strong focus on social media growth
• Manage and grow MARQA’s presence across platforms like Instagram and other digital channels
• Plan and execute the brand’s content and campaign calendar
• Work closely with the content creator to develop high-quality visual storytelling
• Drive digital campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Conduct market research and stay updated on jewellery, fashion, and luxury trends
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to align brand, marketing, and business goals
Expected Deliverables
• Consistent growth in social media reach, engagement, and followers
• Structured monthly content and campaign calendars
• High-performing reels, campaigns, and digital storytelling aligned with brand identity
• Strong influencer and collaboration pipeline
• Data-backed reporting on marketing performance and growth insights
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand marketing
• Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and platform algorithms
• Experience in branding, content marketing, and campaign planning
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, market insights, and customer behavior
• Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and storytelling ability
• Prior experience in luxury, fashion, or jewellery industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple marketing initiatives
