Marketing Manager – Growth & Revenue | Bengaluru
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, creative thinker, and commercial operator, someone who can generate demand, build pipeline, and take ownership of revenue contribution across every channel they touch.
This is not a support role. You will own outcomes.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end lead generation strategy across digital, CMEs, conferences, and field activations, with a clear line of sight from campaign → qualified lead → closed revenue
- Conference and event strategy: from pre-event campaigns and on-ground presence to post-event follow-through, ensuring every event converts into pipeline
- CME and doctor engagement programs that build clinical credibility and create systematic referral and adoption pathways
- Digital campaigns across SEO, social, paid, and content, designed for inbound demand generation, not just brand awareness
- Creative campaign development: the ability to take a complex clinical product and turn it into ideas that stop a doctor mid-scroll
- Strong partnership with sales to ensure marketing-sourced leads are tracked, nurtured, and converted, with shared accountability for revenue targets
- Budget ownership with a clear ROI mindset, every rupee spent should tie back to pipeline impact

What We Are Looking For
- 6–8 years in marketing, with hands-on experience in lead generation and revenue-linked roles
- Background in medtech, healthtech, pharma, or a science-led B2B environment strongly preferred
- Experience running events and CMEs end-to-end (not just attending them)
- Comfortable with digital channels and equally confident engaging with clinicians in person
- Strategic enough to build the plan, creative enough to make it interesting, and hands-on enough to execute without relying on a large team
Must-Have
- Fluent with AI tools and actively using them for content, research, campaign ideation, performance tracking, and workflow efficiency
- A self-starter with strong ownership, ideas, and the drive to see them through
