Job details:
Company Description Lucens is building the operating system for fabric care in India, creating a unified network of central processing plants and neighborhood collection centers connected by proprietary technology. In a largely unorganized market dominated by standalone laundries and traditional models, Lucens delivers consistent standards for quality, turnaround time, and trust. Operating on a FOCO (Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated) model, franchise partners own the assets while Lucens manages operations, logistics, supply chain, staffing, training, and end-to-end quality control. The company focuses on institutional-grade fabric care at consumer prices, combining operational discipline, technology enablement, and hospitality-level service to elevate everyday living. Lucens is expanding city by city with partners who share its ambition for high standards in garment care.
Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Lucens is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across the fabric care network. Day-to-day activities include planning and managing campaigns (online and offline), coordinating with operations and franchise partners, overseeing content and creative development, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize marketing activities. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and identifying opportunities to strengthen Lucens’ positioning in the fabric care and hospitality space. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience across all touchpoints.
