Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and versatile Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. You will be the visionary behind our brand, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing creative campaigns, and optimizing performance across both digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate blends an analytical mindset with high-level creativity, and a proven track record of converting prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Campaign Management: Deploy successful multi-channel marketing campaigns—from ideation to execution—across digital, print, social media, and paid media.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all customer touchpoints and external communications.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) to measure campaign ROI and KPIs.
- Budget Management: Oversee and effectively allocate the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the internal marketing team, while also coordinating with external agencies and freelancers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Architects, Product Implemention, and Customer Service teams to align marketing efforts with go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (typically 4+ years) as a Marketing Manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and CRM platforms.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in mentoring team members and managing cross-departmental projects.
- Creativity: A high level of creativity with a keen eye for design, copywriting, developing, engaging interactive content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies, including the use of AI for targeting, content creation, and journey mapping.
- Established contacts within the media or industry-related networks.
- Experience planning and executing events, webinars, or trade shows.
