Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to manage marketing and reservations for Le Sutra Great Escapes properties in Lonavala, including Udaan and Geometrica bungalows. The role requires someone who can manage digital marketing initiatives, handle guest inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and support revenue growth for the properties.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Corporate Marketing Manager and play a key role in driving online visibility, lead generation, and booking conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management and Booking Conversion
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and booking requests from potential guests.
Respond to leads received through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and booking platforms.
Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations through effective communication and follow-ups.
Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Instagram, and Meta.
Plan and monitor performance marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve booking conversions.
Optimize digital presence to increase visibility and reach for the properties.
Social Media and Online Presence
Manage social media platforms including content coordination, posting schedules, and engagement.
Work with the corporate marketing team to maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels.
Assist in maintaining property listings across booking platforms and digital channels.
SEO and Online Visibility
Support SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and online discoverability.
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and digital engagement metrics.
Coordination and Reporting
Maintain booking records, guest details, and reservation calendars.
Coordinate with property operations teams to ensure guest requirements are communicated effectively.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Corporate Marketing Manager on leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
Qualifications and Experience
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality marketing, reservations, or online sales.
Proficiency in performance marketing, social media marketing, and SEO.
Strong communication skills and ability to convert leads into bookings.
Comfortable handling guest calls, online inquiries, and reservation coordination.
Good knowledge of marketing analytics tools and digital advertising platforms.
Design skills for creating basic marketing creatives will be considered an added advantage.
A degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary of INR 50,000.
Accommodation will be provided in Lonavala.
