Role Description
The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing strategies to build and promote the Karma by Satwik brand and services. This full-time, on-site role is located in Kanpur. The responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and identifying areas for growth. The Marketing Manager will also liaise with teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and collaborate on business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating, managing, and analyzing marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, and social media management
- Excellent communication skills, including content creation and creative strategy development
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating actionable insights
- Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
