Looking For Marketing Manager For Real Estate Developer Lobby.
*Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Manager*
*Location - Dadar*
*Salary - 10-18 LPA*
Hike will be on last drawn salary.
*Role Overview*: Plan and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and build brand visibility for residential and commercial real estate projects. Bridge the gap between sales and branding to drive conversions.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and real estate portals like 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.
- Manage offline marketing: hoardings, flyers, events, channel partner meets
- Create content for property brochures, social media, emailers, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Handle lead generation, tracking, and nurturing via CRM tools
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead quality and timely follow-ups
- Monitor campaign ROI, budget, and optimize for cost per lead
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy Project Launch and Events like MCHI & CREDAI.
*Requirements*:
- 4-6 years experience in real estate marketing or property marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of Mumbai/Thane real estate market preferred
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
