Senior Marketing Manager – Print & Digital (DigiNerve)
Location: New Delhi (On-site)

Jaypee Brothers, one of India’s leading medical publishers, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our print publishing portfolio and DigiNerve (our digital learning platform).
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving growth, brand positioning, and digital transformation within medical education.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for print titles and DigiNerve
* Plan and execute product launches (textbooks, exam prep, digital courses)
* Drive digital marketing initiatives: Instagram, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing
* Work closely with authors, KOLs, and academic institutions
* Build and manage campaigns for UG, PG, and practitioner segments
* Analyze sales data and optimize campaign ROI and customer acquisition
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, editorial, product) for growth execution

Requirements
* 8–15 years experience in marketing
* Mandatory: Background in publishing (educational/medical preferred)
* Strong understanding of book marketing and digital/edtech marketing
* Hands-on with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
* Experience in brand building and product positioning
* Leadership mindset with ability to drive cross-functional teams
