Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and execution of promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance the university's outreach and reputation. Key responsibilities include planning and managing marketing activities, collaborating with various departments to develop content, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven skills in developing marketing strategies, campaign planning, and managing marketing projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships, fostering teamwork, and engaging with stakeholders.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in the higher education sector or working with academic institutions is highly desirable.
