Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation, brand visibility, and
pipeline growth for our ServiceNow-focused offerings. The role will work closely with Sales,
Delivery, and Leadership teams to execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital demand generation campaigns aligned to ServiceNow offerings
- Own campaign strategy, messaging, execution, and reporting
- Manage LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Create and manage content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and landing pages
- Collaborate with Sales to support ABM and enterprise outreach
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on pipeline impact
- Work with external vendors/agencies when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing
- Strong understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns
- Experience marketing IT services, US Market SaaS, or enterprise platforms
- Ability to work closely with Sales teams on pipeline-driven campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with focus on ROI and conversion metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience marketing ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
- Exposure to ABM and enterprise account marketing
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
