Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Day-to-day activities include planning campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, overseeing content creation, analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and measuring the performance of marketing efforts. This role requires an innovative thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to lead teams effectively to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans
- Manage end-to-end marketing planning, execution, tracking, and optimization across digital channels
- Handle P&L responsibilities related to marketing activities, budgets, campaign spends, and ROI tracking
- Drive brand visibility and lead generation through Meta, Search, and Google My Business (GMB) initiatives
- Coordinate closely with clients, understand business requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations effectively
- Support business development initiatives across USA, Europe, and APAC markets
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities and trends
- Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, strategy documents, and marketing-related documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including design, content, operations, and leadership teams
- Monitor campaign and business performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining quality and brand consistency
Required Skills and Qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with: Meta Platforms, Search Marketing, Google My Business (GMB)
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning, and execution
- Experience handling client communication and stakeholder management
- Exposure to P&L management and budget tracking
- Good business understanding across international markets
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and reporting skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote work environment
Required Skills and Qualification
- Postgraduate degree mandatory
- MBA in Marketing preferred
