Role Description
The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to promote Hind’s platform and its services. The role involves managing content strategy, driving digital marketing campaigns, and developing partnerships with cultural, spiritual, and religious organizations. The Marketing Manager will also analyze key performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the brand’s consistent messaging aligns with audience needs. Sell our SaaS platform to decision-makers (trustees, founders, committees). Act as a consultant who opens their eyes to digital transformation. Close deals that actually create impact, not just revenue

- Sell our SaaS platform to decision-makers (trustees, founders, committees)
- Act as a consultant who opens their eyes to digital transformation
- Close deals that actually create impact, not just revenue
Qualifications
- You have 3+ years in enterprise/B2B SaaS sales
- You can influence, not just pitch
- You enjoy selling to traditional, non-tech audiences
- You want your work to mean something beyond targets
- Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing
- Strong abilities in Team Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, and Leadership
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills
- Analytical and creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Familiarity or interest in cultural, spiritual, or religious communities is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
