Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager/Specialist at GrowIT, you will be responsible for driving B2B marketing initiatives that strengthen GrowIT’s market positioning, generate qualified leads, and support sales and leadership outreach.
You will work closely with the CEO, business development, and delivery teams to create impactful campaigns across digital channels, thought leadership platforms, and industry ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Positioning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with GrowIT’s core offerings (AI/GenAI, Embedded Engineering, GCCs)
- Strengthen GrowIT’s brand identity across digital and customer-facing channels
- Create compelling messaging for CIO, CTO, COO, and Engineering leadership audiences
Content & Thought Leadership
- Own the creation of high-quality marketing content including:
- Website content and service pages
- Case studies and client success stories
- Blogs, whitepapers, and industry POVs
- Executive pitch decks and brochures
- Support leadership branding through LinkedIn and industry engagement
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and run targeted digital campaigns for lead generation
- Manage email marketing, outreach sequences, and event promotions
- Track and optimize marketing funnel performance and conversion metrics
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Manage GrowIT’s online presence including website, SEO, and social media
- Improve search visibility for strategic keywords (GCC, Embedded Engineering, AI Services)
- Drive engagement through LinkedIn campaigns and marketing automation tools
Events & Partnerships
- Support participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences
- Coordinate marketing support for strategic alliances and ecosystem partners
- Develop event collateral and follow-up campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, engineering services, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyers (CIO/CTO/COO) and industrial markets
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
- Experience with digital marketing channels: SEO, LinkedIn, email campaigns
- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing organization
- Strong project management and execution capability
Preferred Experience
- Marketing for AI, GenAI, Embedded Engineering, GCC, or Industrial Digital Transformation
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Canva, Google Analytics
- Exposure to global marketing and US/Europe enterprise outreach

Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and SEO strategies
- Expertise in creating and implementing marketing plans, and knowledge of market research and analysis
- Strong skills in Social Media Management and Campaign Execution
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience with AI-driven marketing technologies and innovation is an advantage
