Role Description
The Marketing Manager at Goosebumps will lead strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, monitoring market trends, managing social media channels, and creating content that resonates with our target audience. The role involves orchestrating advertising strategies, building partnerships, overseeing event promotions, and leveraging data analytics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strategic Marketing, Campaign Development, and Brand Strategy experience
- Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Creative Writing skills
- Market Research, Analytics, and Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Advertising channels
- Event Planning and Partnership Development experience
- Proficient in communication, project management, and time management
- Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
