Role Description
GOEEN is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager for an on-site role at our Baidyabati location. The Marketing Manager will plan, develop, and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing content creation. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will develop and manage the marketing budget, evaluate campaign effectiveness, nurture customer relationships, and identify opportunities for market expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
- Proficiency in market analysis, audience targeting, and consumer behavior research
- Competence in team collaboration, communication, and leadership
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Experience in the electric vehicle or sustainability sector is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Eligibility Criteria :
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Higher qualifications preferred)
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in a similar role
