Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune and PAN India for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns while overseeing the company’s marketing strategies. Responsibilities include creating marketing plans, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and optimizing promotional efforts to drive business growth and brand awareness.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Experience in managing budgets and marketing resources effectively
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or certifications in Marketing is a plus
