Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic MBA (Marketing) professional to drive business growth by promoting our engineering solutions, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong client relationships in industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for engineering products and services
- Identify and generate B2B leads in manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Promote products like SPM machines, automation systems, and custom machinery
- Manage client relationships and handle negotiations
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to align customer requirements
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals
- Handle digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, website, email campaigns)
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings
- Track competitors and suggest pricing and positioning strategies
Required Skills and Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of engineering/manufacturing concepts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and industrial sales
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client visits
