This role sits at the centre of ethosh’s marketing. You will define how we position ourselves, what we say, and how that shows up across content, campaigns, and sales conversations. You’ll work closely with the digital marketing team, giving them direction while they handle execution.
Alongside ethosh’s own marketing, you will also have the opportunity contribute to strategy and content direction for select client accounts.
What You’ll Actually Do
•Shape ethosh’s narrative and positioning across website, decks, campaigns, and outbound
•Build a clear content system including themes, formats, and consistency across channels
•Drive content creation across formats (Video first approach desired)
•Bring structure to campaigns by defining messaging, assets, and direction before execution
•Work with the digital marketing team to translate strategy into campaigns and lead generation
•Support sales with sharper storytelling in pitches and proposals
•Add a strategic and creative layer to client marketing engagements
What we are looking for:
•4+ years of experience ideally in B2B marketing and how it connects to pipeline.
•You are high agency and have the ability to take a problem and drive it forward without waiting. You create, review and iterate quickly
•You are great at writing content without AI and clearly expressing your thoughts and ideas
•You are equally great at leveraging AI to drive effective content, campaigns and outcomes.
•You are comfortable owning content end-to-end — from idea to final output
•You have a good instinct for what makes content land vs get ignored
•You have the ability to bring direction to teams that are already executing
